My situation was unique, I was an out of state buyer. My wife and I currently live in Massachusetts with our 3 children. We picked Cape Coral for our retirement destination and finding the perfect realtor was critical. We had been down this road before and it was frustrating. Most importantly, he gave wise counsel along the way. We did some judicious updating, tweaked the plan as we went along and we hit our ultimate goal, we found the perfect house in Cape Coral, FL.
Not all situations are alike. You may need to sell quickly, you may want to get the highest price even if it takes a bit longer, you might want to do improvements to reduce the sale time but aren’t sure what will matter. Trust Mark and Dawn. I worked with two other agents to help me find our perfect home before The Borg Group, and neither of them really understood my unique situation. Both pushed me into looking at homes out of the area my wife and I really wanted to be, only to find out the homes being pushed on us were their listings.
